Dr. Cole uses a hands-on adjusting technique called, ‘Diversified’ as well as more gentle technique that uses tables with drop pieces.  Activator technique, commonly known as the 'chiropractic clicker' is also used for small joints or for those who are more sensitive to a more hands-on approach.

SOFT TISSUE THERAPIES

Myofascial release therapy (MRT)

MRT is a soft tissue therapy that uses motion to help relax tight muscles and get rid of muscle "knots" and trigger points

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)

IASTM uses a smooth metal tool to help get to deeper muscles and to increase the blood flow and movement of the connective tissues that are in around the muscles and skin

Vibration therapy

Local vibration massage can be used on tight muscles and irritated nerves all across the body to relax muscles and reduce pain

EXERCISE/INJURY REHAB

Exercises are one of the best ways to gain strength as well as increase muscular balance, endurance, and stability.  They can be as simple as activities like unloading the dishwasher or as detailed as a personal exercise routine

Dr. Cole loves the phrase, "motion is lotion" and always promotes movements to reduce pain and improve everyday function
